CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Monroe, North Carolina

Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in both CT and X-Ray imaging to support high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist ready to make an immediate impact on a dedicated imaging team.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week)
• Thursday and Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Third shift floats as needed

Qualifications:

• Certification and registration as a CT Technologist (ARRT-CT) required
• Proficiency in both CT and X-Ray imaging modalities
• Current BLS certification required
• Demonstrated competency in using radiologic equipment and troubleshooting imaging technology
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient comfort and safety
• Previous hospital or high-volume outpatient experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray procedures according to physician orders and clinical protocols
• Accurately document imaging data and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment for all patients in the imaging suite
• Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and transport as needed
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide timely and effective diagnostic services
• Maintain compliance with infection control and hospital safety policies
• Participate in holiday coverage as assigned (expect to work approximately 75% of holidays)
• Weekend rotation to be reviewed during the final interview; no floating or on-call requirements
