CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Morro Bay, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Four 10-hour evening shifts: 12:00pm – 11:30pm, Friday through Monday
• On-call responsibility from 11:30pm to 4:00am

Qualifications:

• Certification with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Valid CA Radiologic Technologist license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Fluoroscopy and IV certification
• Proficiency in operating Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner
• Solid experience in both CT and X-ray procedures
• Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive CT and X-ray imaging examinations, producing high-quality diagnostic results
• Operate Siemens 64 Somatom CT scanner with efficiency and technical proficiency
• Manage patient preparation, positioning, and safety throughout all radiologic procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in on-call rotation, responding attentively to after-hours imaging requests
