Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Valid state license as required
• Proven experience operating CT and X-Ray equipment
• Knowledge of imaging safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging exams as ordered by physicians while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Accurately position patients and set appropriate technical factors to produce high-quality images
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to provide timely and accurate imaging results
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions
• Ensure imaging documentation and patient records are completed accurately in the system
• Follow all institutional and regulatory guidelines for radiation safety and infection control
• Educate patients on their procedures and address any questions or concerns
