Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Proven experience operating both CT and X-ray equipment
• ARRT (R) (CT) certification required
• Knowledge of safety protocols and radiation protection standards
• Ability to work both independently and within a clinical team
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous contract or hospital experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT and X-Ray procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, following all regulations for sterilization and calibration
• Evaluate images for technical quality, ensuring accurate patient documentation in the medical record system
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Educate patients and families regarding the imaging process and answer any questions

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
