CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Ridgeley, WV

This is a contract opportunity perfectly suited for versatile and motivated technologists who can perform both CT and X-ray procedures. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced healthcare professionals and have access to modern imaging equipment.

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 1:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Weekend shifts required on a rotating schedule
• No holiday shifts or on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Valid West Virginia state license
• Experience performing both general CT (including CTA’s) and a range of X-ray procedures (general, portables, C-Arm, fluoroscopy)
• Able to start and manage own IVs
• Comfortable utilizing Synapse Radiology EMR/equipment
• A valid and unexpired driver’s license required for submission
• Disclosure of any licensing hits at time of submission

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and efficient CT and X-ray examinations for inpatients and outpatients
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment for a variety of diagnostic procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging processes
• Participate in floor-specific orientation and adhere to radiation safety protocols (radiation badge required and must be provided by agency)
• Work seamlessly with medical, nursing, and support staff to provide high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment
• Start IVs for contrast administration as needed
