CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Salinas, CA

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour shifts
• Overnight hours: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Shifts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification
• Valid State of California Radiologic Technologist license
• Proficiency in both CT imaging and X-ray procedures
• Experience operating advanced imaging technology in a hospital or clinical environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality CT and X-ray imaging studies according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
• Accurately process and review images for diagnostic clarity, consulting with radiologists as needed
• Maintain detailed patient records and comply with privacy regulations
• Follow all safety guidelines for radiation use and infection control
• Assist with equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide compassionate support to patients, addressing questions or concerns regarding procedures
