Make a meaningful impact by utilizing your expertise in performing CT/X-Ray imaging in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract-based opportunity is well-suited for experienced CT Technologists seeking a rewarding role using advanced technology and providing crucial diagnostic care to a high patient volume.

Available shift options:

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm

Essential qualifications:

  • Proficient in performing both CT and general X-Ray imaging
  • Experience operating Aquilion Toshiba 64-slice Scanners preferred
  • Valid and unexpired driver’s license (copy required during submission)
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting with average daily exam volume of 80-100 patients
  • Capable of effectively balancing workload between main department and Emergency Department scanners
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with current certifications (ARRT, BLS)
  • Strong attention to patient safety, infection control protocols, and documentation standards
  • Previous experience with contract or traveler assignments in healthcare a plus

Key responsibilities:

  • Safely obtain high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by providers
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients to ensure comfort and understanding
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to facilitate coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Provide radiation safety standards, including wearing a radiation badge (to be supplied by your agency)
  • Comply with uniform requirements by wearing gray scrubs
  • Promptly report and assist with any background disclosure needs as applicable
