Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Proficiency in CT, X-Ray, and PET/CT procedures and protocols
• State licensure as required for radiologic technologists
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital imaging environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and infection control practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT, X-Ray, and PET/CT imaging procedures according to physician orders
• Prepare patients for exams and explain procedures clearly to ensure comfort and safety
• Ensure proper positioning, exposure techniques, and immobilization to achieve optimal imaging
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment, reporting malfunctions as needed
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results within hospital systems
• Employ strict safety standards to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure
• Support physicians and medical staff with accurate, timely imaging data to inform diagnosis and treatment
