CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist | Stone Mountain, Georgia

This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled CT/X-Ray Technologist ready to work within a dynamic, patient-centered environment. You’ll combine advanced diagnostic imaging with compassionate service to deliver exceptional care for young patients.

Schedule:

• Every Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
• One 12-hour shift every other weekend (either Saturday or Sunday), 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• 32 hours per pay period

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing CT imaging
• Registered with ARRT; BLS certification required
• Demonstrated capabilities in both CT and general X-ray imaging
• Experience working in pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Ability to perform duties in a nicotine-free environment (will be tested in drug screening)
• Annual flu vaccination required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform both CT and X-ray diagnostic procedures effectively and efficiently
• Support high standards of safety and infection control, especially with pediatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Operate imaging equipment following manufacturer protocols and facility policies
• Document examinations and patient information accurately within the EPIC EMR system
• Maintain sensitivity to the unique needs of pediatric patients and their families
