Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; additional CT (CT) credential highly preferred
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Radiologic Technologist
• Proven clinical experience with both CT and X-Ray modalities
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting imaging equipment
• Solid knowledge of radiation safety standards and infection control
• Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate CT and X-Ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
• Evaluate images for technical quality and proper identification
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation
• Adhere to all radiation safety and patient care standards
• Effectively position patients and provide clear instructions to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Communicate imaging results promptly to radiologists and healthcare team members
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and perform equipment checks as needed
• Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines at all times
