CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist in Waxhaw, NC

Exciting opportunity for an experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist ready to advance their career in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract role offers significant hands-on experience with cutting-edge imaging equipment, allowing you to contribute to high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical team.

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
• Thursdays and Fridays, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Third shift of the week scheduled as needed (floating)
• No on-call or call-back requirement
• Weekend rotation details provided during the final interview
• Expectation to work approximately 75% of holidays

Core Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CT and X-Ray imaging within a hospital or acute care setting
• Thorough knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and patient positioning techniques
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional imaging services while ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with medical staff and patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-Ray procedures as ordered by physicians
• Accurately document procedures, patient information, and ensure compliance with facility protocols
• Maintain rigorous infection control and quality assurance standards
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment in optimal condition
