CT Tech CT/X-Ray Technologist - Westlake, OR

Advance your career supporting patient care as a skilled imaging professional, responsible for delivering both CT and X-ray expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and demands a commitment to excellence and flexibility with weekend shifts.

Schedule:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7am–7pm
• On-call coverage: Saturday and Sunday nights, 7pm–7am

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Current registration with ARRT (CT)
• Active Oregon License (OBMI)
• Previous clinical experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Philips X-ray equipment and Konica plates, as well as Siemens CT scanners
• Proficiency in using NovaRad PACS and Meditech EMR systems
• Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray examinations according to physician orders, prioritizing patient comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain Philips X-ray and Siemens CT equipment, adhering to established protocols
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures within NovaRad PACS and Meditech EMR
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in after-hours call for urgent imaging studies as assigned
• Comply with all state, federal, and facility regulations concerning radiation safety
