Key Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification (CT and Radiography)
• Active state licensure for radiologic technologists
• Proven experience performing both CT and X-ray imaging procedures
• Knowledge of PACS, RIS, and current imaging protocols
• Strong understanding of patient safety and infection control standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing clinical demands

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct CT and conventional X-ray exams as ordered by referring physicians
• Ensure precise image acquisition per protocol and provider specifications
• Thoroughly explain procedures and address patient concerns or questions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely forwarding of images for interpretation
• Calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
• Follow all radiation safety and regulatory compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care
• Assist with workflow efficiency in the imaging department
