Advance your career in a highly collaborative, outpatient heart and vascular clinic recognized for its supportive team approach. This opportunity is for an experienced Echo Tech to provide top-quality adult echocardiography services in a setting equipped with the latest Philips imaging technology.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
  • No weekends, no call, and no major holiday shifts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Echo Tech
  • Current ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) registry in echocardiography
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience operating Philips ultrasound machines (required)
  • Proficiency in adult echocardiography procedures
  • Strain and 3D TTE experience (preferred)
  • IV placement skills (preferred)
  • EMR proficiency with EPIC is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document transthoracic echocardiograms, including bubble and contrast TTE studies, on a population of adult outpatients
  • Manage an average schedule of 7 patients per day, accommodating for occasional no-shows
  • Work alongside a dedicated leadership team, a peer sonographer, an onsite cardiologist, and RN for optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in a focused, two-day orientation, customized to your background
  • Maintain a professional and compassionate approach within a close-knit, team-oriented department
