Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Echo Tech or Cardiovascular Technology program
• Current ARDMS or CCI credential in echocardiography (RDCS or RCS)
• Demonstrated skill in adult echocardiography and related cardiac imaging procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for patient-centered care
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital imaging setting is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency transthoracic echocardiograms, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to interpret results and recommend next steps
• Maintain precise documentation and accurate patient records
• Operate and maintain ultrasound and imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance
• Uphold patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Participate in department quality assurance and improvement initiatives
