In this impactful role, you will work a 10-hour day shift (8:00 am to 6:30 pm, four days a week), utilizing your expertise in Echo technology to provide top-quality patient care and precise diagnostic images.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in performing echocardiography studies and operating Echo equipment
• Registered or registry-eligible Echo Tech (ARDMS, CCI, or equivalent), per facility requirements
• Demonstrated clinical experience with imaging procedures in a hospital or healthcare environment
• Thorough understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and common cardiac pathologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and assist patients
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate patient records

Schedule and Shift Details:

• 10-hour day shifts, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm, with a 40-hour workweek
• One night on call per week (end of shift until 7:00 am the following morning); on call may be a weekday or possibly a weekend
• No required weekend rotation at this time
• Holiday work limited to call shifts on major holidays and potential call for approximately 50% of holidays
• No floating between departments required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Echo imaging studies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Accurately document and present findings to interpreting physicians
• Provide compassionate patient care and education regarding procedures
• Maintain and troubleshoot Echo equipment to ensure optimal imaging quality
• Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
