Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Rotational weekend coverage
- 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- On-call responsibilities required (both weekday and weekend)
Qualifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered through ARDMS or CCI
- Proficient with EPIC electronic medical records
- Strong working knowledge of cardiac ultrasound modalities
- Experience with stress and transesophageal echocardiograms
- Familiarity with digital ultrasound equipment and ICAEL standards
- Ability to perform procedures independently and handle a full workflow
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complete cardiac ultrasound testing, including transthoracic, stress, and transesophageal echo procedures in compliance with ASE and ICAEL guidelines
- Prepare patients for examinations, clearly explaining each step
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced digital ultrasound systems
- Accurately and efficiently document findings and workflow in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Manage and complete daily scheduled tests to the specific needs of different patient populations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and workflow
