An opportunity is available for an experienced professional skilled in Imaging—specifically Echo technology. This contract position focuses on delivering high-quality echocardiographic studies and assisting healthcare teams in patient diagnosis and care.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered or registry-eligible Echo Tech (ARDMS, CCI, or equivalent)
- Strong background in cardiac imaging, including M-mode, 2D, Doppler, color flow, stress, and contrast echocardiography
- Proven expertise in operating ultrasound equipment and associated PACS and EMR systems
- In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy, pathology, and imaging protocols
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high clinical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of echocardiographic exams according to physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with cardiologists and care teams to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results
- Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring functionality and cleanliness
- Document and deliver findings via clear, concise reporting in medical records
- Support patient understanding and comfort throughout diagnostic procedures
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and facility guidelines

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
