Embark on a rewarding assignment specializing in cardiac imaging, providing expert care alongside a dynamic allied health team for a 13-week contract. This echocardiography role offers the opportunity to refine your skills across two outpatient campuses, supporting high-quality patient diagnostics and care.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Five 8-hour shifts each week
  • Day shifts, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification in Echocardiography: ARDMS or CCI required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency performing echocardiograms, preferably within a hospital or outpatient setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to rotate between multiple campuses as assigned
  • Commitment to professional standards and continuous quality improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic echocardiographic procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols
  • Accurately acquire and analyze cardiovascular images to assist in patient diagnosis and management
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure cohesive patient care
  • Document patient procedures and maintain accurate electronic records
  • Safeguard equipment and ensure its proper maintenance and calibration
  • Support patients through the imaging process, explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns
  • Comply fully with all regulatory and compliance guidelines
