Echo Technologist in Columbus, OH

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity utilizing your experience in cardiac imaging. In this role, you will provide essential echo services, supporting accurate diagnoses and patient care alongside a collaborative healthcare team. This contract is set for 13 weeks and requires candidates with a strong focus in cardiac sonography.

Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
• Days: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
• Credentialed by either ARDMS or CCI in Echocardiography
• Demonstrated competency as an Echo Tech, including proficiency with echocardiographic equipment and imaging techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced hospital environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret high-quality echocardiograms and related imaging procedures in accordance with physicians’ orders
• Optimize imaging techniques to capture accurate and detailed diagnostic images
• Document findings and maintain accurate patient records following healthcare facility protocols
• Ensure all procedures adhere to safety, quality, and infection control standards
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to support comprehensive patient assessments

$2,270 - $2,394/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
