Echo Technologist | Concord, North Carolina

Advance your diagnostic imaging career with an exciting contract at an outpatient heart and vascular clinic serving an adult patient population. This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to deliver outstanding echocardiography care in a collaborative, team-oriented department.

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Consistent weekly hours, no on-call, weekend, or major holiday requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year as an Echo Tech
• Current registry as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Phillips echocardiography equipment (required)
• Strong experience with adult echocardiography procedures including TTE and contrast/bubble studies
• Comfortable using the EPIC EMR system

Preferred Skills:

• IV placement experience
• Strain and 3D TTE proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms, including trans thoracic, saline contrast, and contrast TTE on adult patients (18+)
• Collaborate closely with physicians, a peer sonographer, RN, and departmental leadership to ensure high standards of patient care
• Accurately document findings within the EPIC system
• Assist in maintaining a supportive, team-focused clinic environment
