Echo Technologist in Concord, NC

Take the opportunity to excel in a high-performing outpatient heart and vascular clinic specializing in adult cardiac care. This contract assignment focuses on delivering quality echocardiography services using state-of-the-art Philips equipment, within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• No weekend, on-call, or major holiday requirements

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech
• ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
• Experience working with Philips echocardiography machines is required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Skilled in adult echocardiography procedures
• IV placement skills preferred
• Experience with Strain and 3D TTE studies is a plus
• EMR proficiency with EPIC preferred
• Open to first-time contract travelers

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform adult transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), contrast studies, and bubble studies as scheduled
• Ensure accurate imaging and documentation within EMR
• Collaborate closely with on-site cardiologists, peers, and nursing staff
• Maintain equipment and adhere to all quality and safety standards
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered team culture
