Working as an Echo Tech, you will function under the direction of a Manager or Lead/Chief Sonographer, performing comprehensive cardiac imaging including adult, pediatric, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms (as applicable). Your contributions will play a central role in patient care, while you collaborate with dedicated healthcare professionals and enjoy meaningful adventures during your downtime.

Schedule:

• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Rotating various shift times, including weekends and holidays
• Call requirements as assigned

Desired Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Trade or Advanced Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred
• Minimum 1 year of echocardiography experience or formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography/ Cardiovascular Technology training preferred
• Current ARDMS, RCS, RDCS, or related cardiac sonographer certification
• Current BLS or equivalent certification
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, perform under pressure, and work both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to patient privacy, comfort, and safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac ultrasound exams and measurements per protocol
• Provide clear, concise preliminary findings to physicians
• Ensure quality control and equipment maintenance
• Guide and educate patients and families about procedures
• Support and train other staff as needed
• Maintain high standards for documentation, infection control, and patient dignity
