Echo Technologist - East Falmouth, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Registered or registry-eligible in cardiac ultrasound (RDCS or RCS preferred)
• Demonstrated proficiency with echocardiography equipment and related diagnostic software
• Experience performing a variety of echo procedures, including transthoracic and stress echocardiograms
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with patients and the healthcare team
• Meticulous attention to detail and documentation
• Current BLS certification required

Schedule:

• 40-hour work weeks
• 8-hour shifts with rotating locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret high-quality echocardiographic studies as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure optimal positioning for image acquisition
• Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, ensuring safe and effective operation
• Accurately document findings and provide preliminary reports to physicians
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other team members to deliver comprehensive cardiac care
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards
