Echo Technologist in Fountain, MI

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week
• Typical hours: 7:00am – 5:30pm
• Manager offers flexibility with the schedule

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification
• Registered with either ARDMS or CCI
• Previous experience performing echocardiograms and working in an imaging environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail under varying workload demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct echocardiograms and related ultrasound studies according to physician orders
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure high-quality diagnostic images
• Assist physicians in interpreting results and provide supporting documentation
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, consistently prioritizing safety and comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and document findings promptly in the electronic health system
• Follow infection control standards and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care
