Echo Technologist - Gates, NC

Schedule:

• Flexible weekday shifts
• Monday–Friday, options for 5x8 hour shifts or 4x10 hour shifts
• No call responsibility
• No nights, weekends, or holiday coverage

Qualifications:

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in echocardiography (Echo Tech)
• Strong proficiency with cardiac imaging equipment and procedures
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and patient care skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms and related imaging studies as ordered
• Accurately prepare reports and documentation for physician interpretation
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
• Serve as a resource to patients, answering questions and providing instructions before and after procedures
• Effectively communicate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the best clinical outcomes
