Step into a dynamic role utilizing your expertise in imaging as an Echo Tech. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and is ideal for a skilled professional ready to provide high-quality cardiac imaging services in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule:

• 5x8 hour shifts, days
• Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• No weekends
• No call

Qualifications:

• Current and valid certification in BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification required
• Comprehensive experience performing echocardiograms and working in a clinical imaging setting
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and cardiac pathologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct echocardiogram procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare, operate, and maintain ultrasound equipment ensuring patient safety and image quality
• Accurately acquire and document pertinent patient data and imaging results
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain clear and timely records of procedures and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate care, ensuring patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
