Echo Technologist in Grove City, OH

Take on a rewarding role performing essential imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity specializes in echocardiography, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality diagnostic images and support patient care teams for a 13-week duration.

Schedule:

• Work five 8-hour day shifts
• Monday through Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Registered and in good standing with ARDMS or CCI
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated competency in advanced echocardiography techniques
• Prior experience in a hospital imaging or cardiac setting preferred
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct echocardiograms according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and educate patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment with a focus on accuracy and quality control
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, cardiologists, and fellow technologists to review findings and assist in patient diagnosis
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards
• Adhere to departmental safety guidelines and infection control policies at all times
