Deliver expert diagnostic care as an Echo Technologist, providing comprehensive cardiac imaging services in support of patient diagnosis and treatment. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in echocardiography, bringing both skill and precision to cardiovascular imaging.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating ultrasound equipment for echocardiograms
  • Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent strongly preferred
  • Previous work as an Echo Tech in a clinical or hospital environment
  • Thorough knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and relevant pathology
  • Familiarity with standard imaging protocols and digital reporting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret results accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform echocardiograms to assist physicians in diagnosing cardiac conditions
  • Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Operate imaging equipment, capturing high-quality images and adjusting techniques for optimal visualization
  • Review and document findings, maintaining accurate and confidential records
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists and medical staff regarding imaging results and follow-up procedures
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and calibration according to best practices and regulatory standards

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
