Echo Technologist - Hilliard, Ohio

Step into a vital patient care role, using your expertise in Echocardiography to produce high-quality diagnostic images in a dynamic healthcare setting. This is a 13-week contract opportunity specifically designed for experienced Echo Technologists who are committed to delivering outstanding cardiovascular imaging and patient support.

Schedule:

• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
• Day shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• No weekends
• No call requirements

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Credentials from either ARDMS or CCI
• Proven experience in echocardiography (Echo)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to capture images of the heart and related structures
• Collaborate with physicians to provide accurate data for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and ensuring comfort
• Maintain patient records and ensure imaging results are transmitted to the medical team promptly
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards within the clinical environment
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues as needed
