Echo Technologist in Hilliard, OH

Take your expertise in echocardiography to a facility committed to excellent patient care. This contract role offers a 13-week opportunity for an experienced Echo Technologist with strong imaging skills to support the cardiology team.

Schedule:

• 5 x 8-hour shifts
• Day shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Current certification with ARDMS or CCI
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven experience performing echocardiograms and related imaging procedures
• Solid knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic echocardiographic studies for adult patients, ensuring high-quality images for interpretation
• Collaborate with cardiologists and medical staff to deliver accurate, timely results
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, observing safety and infection control standards
• Document patient histories and study findings clearly in electronic medical records
• Provide support to patients before, during, and after procedures, answering questions and offering reassurance
• Stay current with advancements in echocardiography technology and best practices
