Echo Technologist | Hilliard, Ohio

Step into a vital role delivering high-quality imaging services with a focus on echocardiography. This opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled in Echo and Echo Tech responsibilities who are ready for a dynamic, contract-based position spanning 13 weeks.

Schedule/Hours:

• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, five days per week (8-hour shifts)
• Some call may be required on Sundays

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in either ARDMS or CCI
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) credential
• Previous experience performing echocardiograms in a clinical or hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of sonographic imaging principles and patient assessment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and patient care skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
• Accurately document and report exam findings to physicians or cardiologists for interpretation
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and privacy standards within the facility
• Participate in on-call rotations as assigned, including occasional Sunday call coverage
