Echo Technologist in Hyannis, MA

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Echo Tech to deliver high-quality imaging services. This contract position calls for expertise in echocardiography and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Rotations possible between multiple locations

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in cardiac imaging, particularly echocardiography (Echo)
• Demonstrated experience as an Echo Technician
• ARDMS or CCI certification highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of performing and interpreting transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms
• Excellent attention to detail in documentation and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• Flexible and adaptable to potential rotation across facilities as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms and related imaging procedures for diagnostic evaluation
• Ensure proper patient preparation and explain procedures to promote comfort and understanding
• Accurately document results and assist in the interpretation of data for cardiologists
• Maintain imaging equipment following infection control and safety protocols
• Organize workflow to ensure timely completion of daily schedules and urgent requests
• Participate in routine quality assurance and equipment maintenance checks
