Echo Technologist - Irons, Michigan

Step into a key role dedicated to providing high-quality cardiac imaging services on a 13-week contract. Your expertise as an Echo Tech will make a significant impact, working closely with patients and a collaborative care team to perform echocardiographic studies and ensure diagnostic excellence.

• Four 10-hour day shifts (7:00am–5:30pm)

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification required
• Registered with ARDMS or CCI in echocardiography
• Prior experience operating imaging equipment specific to cardiac studies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support patient comfort and understanding
• Ability to adapt to varying clinical demands and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for echocardiographic procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns
• Perform high-quality echocardiograms according to established protocols and physician orders
• Analyze and interpret data, producing thorough technical reports for physician review
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and ensure exam rooms are clean and organized
• Uphold all safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
