An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled professional specializing in Imaging – Echo to support patient care on a contract basis. Drawing on your strong technical abilities and attention to detail, you will play a key role in performing echocardiographic procedures and delivering quality diagnostic images to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience performing echocardiographic studies in a clinical or hospital environment
• Proficiency in operating imaging technology and related medical equipment for Echo
• Registration as a Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS, RCS, or equivalent) preferred
• Up-to-date knowledge of current Echo standards and protocols
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for echocardiograms, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality echocardiographic images
• Accurately document findings and maintain thorough patient records
• Work in close collaboration with physicians and other clinical staff to support diagnosis and patient management
• Maintain equipment and report any technical issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
