What You'll Bring:

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent certification required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with echocardiogram equipment and sonographic imaging techniques
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospital or clinical setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and common pathologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
  • Current BLS certification

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform high-quality echocardiographic studies including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms as needed
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists to ensure optimal imaging and accurate reporting
  • Explain procedures clearly to patients and address any concerns
  • Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper function and safety
  • Document and archive sonographic findings in accordance with facility protocols
  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance and performance improvement programs
