Qualifications:

• Registered or registry-eligible in Echocardiography (ARDMS or CCI credential preferred)
• Previous clinical experience performing echocardiograms
• Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound and Echo imaging equipment, obtaining clear, diagnostic-quality images
• Perform a variety of echocardiographic procedures, including 2D, Doppler, M-mode, and color flow studies
• Interpret preliminary data and communicate findings efficiently to supervising physicians
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging procedures
• Adhere to facility protocols, privacy standards, and infection control policies
• Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills
