Travel Echo Technician in Mesquite, NM

An opportunity is available for a skilled Echo Technologist with expertise in adult and pediatric echocardiography, including transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE). This travel assignment offers the chance to provide specialized imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment, working daytime hours with some after-hours and weekend call responsibilities.

Location: Mesquite, NM

Responsibilities:

• Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms on adult and pediatric patients
• Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate data collection for diagnostic purposes
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams to support patient care
• Respond to after-hours and weekend call rotations as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as an Echo Technologist
• Current BLS certification
• Valid ARDMS and NM state license
• Credentialed as RDCS, RCS, or ACS
• Proven experience conducting echocardiograms on adult and pediatric populations, including TEE procedures

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• On-call rotation for after-hours and weekends
