Step into a vital role supporting adult cardiac care as an Imaging professional specializing in Echocardiography. Join an outpatient heart and vascular clinic managing a steady flow of scheduled adult patients, working closely with an expert healthcare team in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm (8-hour day shifts)
  • No weekends, on-call, or holiday coverage required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech
  • ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
  • BLS certification (active)
  • Hands-on experience with Phillips echo machines (required)
  • Ready to work with adult patient population (18+)
  • Proficient in TTE and contrast studies
  • IV placement and experience with strain and 3D TTE (preferred, not required)
  • EMR proficiency, especially EPIC (preferred)
  • Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles outside the home unit

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality adult echocardiograms, including Trans Thoracic Echocardiography (TTE), Bubble studies, and Contrast TTE
  • Operate Phillips imaging equipment
  • Collaborate with a cardiologist, RN, and peer sonographer
  • Document studies in an EPIC EMR environment
  • Adhere to established clinical protocols and workflow standards
  • Participate in a supportive department culture focused on patient care and teamwork
