Professionally, this role provides exposure to different workplace dynamics and leadership styles, enhancing your skills and adding valuable variety to your resume. Collaborate with a supportive team, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge equipment such as Philips Epic 7, working with both echo and vascular cases.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment, starting 8/20
  • 3x12-hour shifts: Friday – Sunday, 6:30 am – 7 pm
  • Call rotation (Echo only; call volume is generally very low)

Qualifications:

  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to perform both echocardiography and vascular sonography (including upper extremities and arterial lower extremities)
  • Proficient with Philips Epic 7 equipment
  • Strong team player with a collaborative attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive echocardiogram and vascular sonography procedures
  • Accurately document and review imaging results
  • Respond to call for Echo studies as needed (minimal call-backs historically)
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to deliver optimal patient care
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as required
