Take on a vital role conducting advanced cardiac imaging in a dynamic clinical environment. As an Echo Tech, you will perform comprehensive cardiac ultrasound procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and technical accuracy.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
  • Rotational weekends
  • On-call responsibilities (both weekday and weekend coverage)

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in performing stress echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms, and maintaining adherence to the American Society of Echocardiography and ICAEL standards
  • Demonstrated expertise with digital ultrasound equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience using EPIC electronic medical record systems is required
  • Registered through ARDMS or CCI
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong ability to interact with diverse patient populations, explain procedures clearly, and respond to patient needs with empathy and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and document high-quality cardiac ultrasound examinations efficiently and accurately within scheduled timeframes
  • Prepare patients prior to procedures, explaining processes and ensuring comfort throughout
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to provide diagnostic information for patient care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records via electronic medical systems
  • Participate in on-call rotation, responding promptly to after-hours or urgent diagnostic needs
