Echo Technologist in Redwood Valley, CA

Make a difference as an Echo Technician by lending your expertise to a dynamic healthcare imaging department. You will provide critical diagnostic support, working alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. This contract role spans 13 weeks and offers a choice of weekend (3x12s, Fri–Sun) or weekday (4x10s, Mon–Thurs) shifts to fit your lifestyle.

Schedule Options:

• Weekend Shift: 3x12s (Friday–Sunday)
• Weekday Shift: 4x10s (Monday–Thursday)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Echo Tech
• Current BLS certification required
• Credentialed through ARDMS or CCI
• Extensive experience operating GE Echo machines
• Familiarity with Change Healthcare PACS is necessary
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms according to department protocols
• Analyze images and collaborate with physicians for accurate diagnoses
• Document procedures and maintain clear, accurate patient records
• Ensure all imaging equipment is well-maintained and operating safely
• Deliver compassionate, attentive care to every patient
• Adhere to best practices and HIPAA compliance at all times
