This position centers on supporting advanced imaging services for patients, leveraging your skills in echocardiography and commitment to outstanding patient care. The contract duration is 13 weeks, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dedicated medical team.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Day shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Shift start times at 7:00 am or 8:00 am
  • Some on-call days required

Qualifications:

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Registered or registry-eligible with ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)
  • Proven experience as an Echo Tech with a strong understanding of cardiovascular imaging
  • Proficiency in operating echocardiography equipment and obtaining high-quality diagnostic images
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient comfort and safety
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging procedures with precision and confidence
  • Prepare and position patients while ensuring safety and compliance with established protocols
  • Assess image quality and collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal diagnostic accuracy
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records for each procedure
  • Respond quickly to on-call requests, prioritizing urgent patient needs
  • Support the wider imaging team through effective communication and adherence to departmental procedures

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
