Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification in echocardiography (ARDMS or CCI preferred)
• Proven proficiency with imaging equipment and various echocardiogram procedures
• At least one year of clinical experience as an Echo Tech
• In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
• Familiarity with patient safety protocols and HIPAA regulations
• Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environments and work efficiently within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform transthoracic and, as required, transesophageal echocardiograms according to physician orders
• Accurately capture quality cardiac images; analyze, document, and communicate results to the cardiology team
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal working condition
• Follow established protocols to ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists for coordinated patient care
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic medical systems
• Participate in continuing education and training to stay up to date with advancements in echocardiography

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
