Working in this role, you’ll gain exposure to state-of-the-art imaging equipment—including Philips EPIC, Philips CX50, Siemens ACUSON SC2000, and Siemens Origin—broadening your technical acuity and adaptability. With every shift, you’ll contribute to a multidisciplinary hospital setting that values open communication, teamwork, and supportive mentorship, positioning you for continued career advancement. Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling with an evening/night/weekend call rotation

Qualifications:

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) required
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Preference for left-handed scanner
  • Equipment proficiency with Philips EPIC, CX50, Siemens ACUSON SC2000, and Siemens Origin
  • Proficient in TTE, TEE, contrast studies (Optison/Definity), bubble studies, exercise, and Dobutamine stress echocardiograms
  • Some exposure to rare pediatric TTE preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a positive approach
  • EMR experience with Athena, Meditech, and PICOM
  • Must comply with flu vaccination requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive echocardiograms and related diagnostic imaging for inpatient, outpatient, ER, and cath lab patients
  • Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records within hospital EMR systems
  • Respond adaptively to feedback for continual professional growth
