Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Technology.
  • Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent.
  • Recent experience performing diagnostic echo procedures in a clinical environment.
  • Proficiency with both adult and pediatric echocardiography is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with various echo imaging equipment and technology.

Schedule:

  • Contract position

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality echocardiograms and stress echo studies per physician orders.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Analyze images for technical accuracy and provide preliminary findings for physician review.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring imaging data and reports are completed promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cardiac team members to support comprehensive patient care.

$2,251 - $2,381/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
