Qualifications & Experience:

• ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS) certification in Echocardiography required
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing and interpreting adult echocardiograms
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
• Prior experience with specialized imaging equipment for cardiac sonography
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document and report findings accurately
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiograms and related imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
• Analyze and evaluate cardiac images to assist physicians in diagnostic decision-making
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging examinations
• Accurately document procedures, maintain imaging records, and manage digital images
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
• Uphold infection control and radiation safety standards at all times
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with advancements in echo imaging
