Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in echocardiography to provide essential imaging services on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone dedicated to patient care and proficient in performing cardiac ultrasound procedures.

Key Qualifications:

• Registered or certified in Echocardiography (such as RDCS or RCS)
• Demonstrated experience conducting echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging procedures
• Thorough understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control procedures in the imaging environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiograms according to established protocols and physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, keeping accurate maintenance records
• Collaborate with physicians and staff for optimal patient care and timely reporting of results
• Record and document findings accurately within the patient’s medical record
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, meeting all facility and regulatory requirements
