Schedule / Hours:

• Minimum of 10 call days per month, including a holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform adult transthoracic echocardiograms with precision and care
• Conduct stress echocardiograms and dobutamine stress echocardiograms
• Assist in transesophageal echocardiography procedures as required
• Deliver preliminary diagnostic evaluations; promptly communicate findings to cardiologists
• Collaborate with cardiologists to determine requirements for non-standard exams
• Apply independent judgment to select technical imaging factors that meet diagnostic needs
• Work under the guidance of providers and department leadership while following established imaging standards

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Proficient in performing a variety of echocardiography exams, including stress modalities
• Experience assisting with transesophageal echocardiography
• Ability to interpret and communicate preliminary exam results effectively
• Strong collaborative skills for consulting with physicians and adapting to new protocols
• Preparedness to participate in a regular call and holiday rotation
