Echo Technologist in Washington, WV

Advance your career in a contract imaging role specializing in echocardiography. This position is a 13-week engagement, providing vital diagnostic services and working alongside dedicated clinicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

Schedule and Hours:

• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Coverage every 3rd Saturday
• Call responsibility every 3rd day

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient in echo imaging, skilled as an Echocardiography Technician
• Experience using Phillips imaging equipment
• Previous clinical experience with adult and/or pediatric patients preferred (consideration may be given to those with adult-only expertise)
• Strong ability to interpret, record, and report echocardiogram results clearly and accurately
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Current credentials in cardiac ultrasound technology (RDCS, RCS, or equivalent), and compliance with regulatory and facility policies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms, including adult and pediatric studies as qualified
• Accurately utilize Phillips ultrasound equipment for diagnostic imaging
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to review, analyze, and report findings
• Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate patient records
• Adhere to all infection control, safety guidelines, and procedural protocols
• Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients throughout procedures
• Participate in call rotation and periodic Saturday coverage as scheduled

$2,657 - $2,802/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
