Qualifications and Experience:

• Successful completion of an accredited program in sonography, cardiovascular technology, or a related field
• Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
• Hands-on experience in performing and interpreting echocardiograms (adult and, if possible, pediatric)
• Proficient in utilizing echo imaging equipment and related technology
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical settings and work collaboratively with medical teams
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities:

• Operate ultrasound equipment to produce, record, and evaluate echocardiograms
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging data, and reports
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly
• Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards
• Contribute to a positive patient experience throughout the imaging process

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
