Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification in Echocardiography (RDCS or RCS) required
• Proven experience performing echocardiograms in a clinical setting
• In-depth knowledge of cardiac anatomy and sonographic techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and medical staff
• Familiarity with digital imaging systems and equipment troubleshooting
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive echocardiographic studies, including 2D, Doppler, and color flow imaging
• Prepare equipment and patients for imaging procedures, ensuring optimal positioning and comfort
• Analyze and document findings, collaborating with cardiologists for diagnostic interpretation
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility protocols and privacy regulations
• Adhere to stringent quality assurance and infection control procedures
• Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns
• Contribute to the efficient workflow of the imaging department during the contract period

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
